Spontaneous Workshop

• Date: Saturday, January 17th

• Time: 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• Location: Fishers High School, 13000 Promise Road Fishers, IN 46038

• Registration will close:  Saturday, January 10th.

 

📍 Parking and Entry Instructions

• Parking: Park on the south side of the high school.

• Entry: Enter the building through Door FH19.

 

🛠️ Workshop Format

Your team will be participating in a variety of spontaneous challenges designed to simulate competition conditions, including:

• Verbal Problems

• Hands-on Problems

• Hybrid Problems (combining elements of both verbal and hands-on)

Each problem should be led by a volunteer who will provide feedback to your team on their performance, scoring, and teamwork.

 

🍕 Lunch & Payment

Lunch Provided

Lunch will be provided for all participants and coaches:

• Pizza (cheese and pepperoni) from Costco.

• Bottled water will be provided.

Note: If any team member has special dietary requirements, they will need to provide their own lunch.

 

Payment Information

The payment for the event is $20 per team. Payment can be made via:

• Exact Cash only at the time of check-in.

 

🎒 What Participants Should Bring

Please remind your team members to bring:

• Drink of some type (in addition to the water provided at lunch).

• Snacks if needed.

• A great attitude and willingness to learn!
